The best way to describe Alternative Metal Band "RECKONING", and then they Broke the Barriers.

Few years ago when working with other bands, a band member asked me to put an ad, looking for a Lead Singer. We were auditioning a bunch of them, and no one really had what it take to lead an Alternative Metal band. Specially when performing songs from bands such as Godsmack, Disturbed, Metallica ect.... I suggested trying to audition females' vocalist also, and just by saying that, I was called a "WINGNUT". Is that correct?, maybe he was correct about the "Wingnut" thing? a female trying to sing these tunes an impossible thing?

My answer: NOT IMPOSSIBLE!

Tammie, the Lead Singer of Reckoning had a great performance at MEMORIES, playing all the Nu Metal stuff that I heard before from other bands plus couple of their original songs. She broke the barriers. Same goes with the Guitarist, Bassist and the drummer. They all did an excellent job, and more important, they have charisma on stage and they keep everyone jumping (or headbanging).
